A layered reimagining.

These painted blooms explore what happens when past work is given new life. Painted over existing pieces, each one carries traces of what came before, layered with something new.

A deeper palette moves through this series, with soft violet fields and layered greens held together by bold, gestural lines. There’s a sense of movement and play here — each piece shifting slightly in composition and rhythm, making every work within the edition unique.

Created using only materials already in my studio, these works embrace their history. Small imperfections, textures and irregular edges are left visible, adding to the character of each piece.

• Acrylic on repurposed paper
• Hand-painted in my Manly studio
• Original hand-painted edition of 4 (each piece is unique)
• Approx. A5 size (148 × 210 mm), with slight variations due to the nature of the paper
• Signed and numbered by the artist
